She's probably the biggest fan! Then one day as she's sitting at the park watching the sunset she slowly drifts off. When she wakes up she's in a different place. She checks her phone, which was fortunately inside her pocket. She checks the date, huh? Why does it say 1965? Silly phones! I don't think phones were even invented in that time! Were they? Anyway! Why does it say 1965? Then a mustang drives by. A mustang? What? Then I realize I'm wearing jeans and a leather jacket. The car drives near me. People wearing weird clothes only Socs would wear, get out the car. "Hey grease! What are you doing here!" One yells. Grease? Who says grease in 2017? Wait. Grease? we both love the outsiders and johnnyboy so why not write oneshots about them?! the au we're going to mostly be using is that they're living in our time (still the same setting). here's some details about it: • ages: darry - 23, soda - 19, pony - 17, johnny - 16, dally - 20, steve - 20, two-bit - 21 and a half. (we upped everyone's ages by 3 except johnny, because we originally upped pony's by 3. so we made it fair) • dally lives alone with his two puppers :') their names are booper (a sheltie + corgi mix) and waffle (a dachshund)! (he's a college drop out, but has a paying job) • darry is a college graduate and has a job that he loves. soda, steve, and two bit are still in college and are living with their families. • pony and johnny are, of course, in high school. • everyone's families are the same. (except maybe the fact that their parents are willing to pay for school. idk if they don't in the book) • everyone's personalities are the same.
