David and Gwen are out in the woods one morning before spending the day with the campers when they come across a familiar face, Daniel. However, he is bruised, bleeding, won't speak, and flinches at any touch. They take him back to camp and help him out, by making him a camp counselor.

After a few days of being there, he's had enough, and runs back to the closed camp. When David goes there to check the camp, like her does every fall, and see's Max there. When he try's to take Max home, Max refuses, and says he's staying at home because he can't take being there anymore, and David being David, try's to put his positive twist on it, but what's David going to do when he realizes it's not going to work on Max?Complete
