Hello, Stranger (Diabolik Lovers Fiction)

"Hello."

A casual greeting individuals share between each other. One may say it to a family, a friend, or a mere acquaintance. However, when one says "Hello" to a stranger, it may be a sign of wanting to know this certain stranger. They might want to be this stranger's acquaintance or friend. Isn't that right?

If that is the case, then why does it feel like I'm saying this "Hello" to a person I already know?
