Severus and Hermione had no desire to return to Hogwarts some ten years after the Battle finished. Each were settled in their own lives, but when Minerva McGonagall pleaded with them to return to help out over the Yule period they decided it was probably a better option than spending yet another Christmas alone...

Some of these characters have been borrowed from JKR, some are my own. Some 'mature' scenes, a bit of angst but always a Happy Ever After...
