the new neighbor (cate blanchett x reader)

well it's a fanfiction where y/n and cate are neighbors. They meet, and the fic it's about their relationship and how it evolves. I'm using she/her pronouns for y/n but if anyone tells me to I'll change it to they/them or I'll try to use both :)
It's my first fic so the quality might not be too good but I'm trying my best hehehe

ps: I completely respect cate's marriage. This is pure fiction I'm not trying to disrespect anyone
