The Glades is a dangerous, crime-ridden area of Starling City were each day is a struggle to not to get be involved or a vitmin of the crimes. A person hiding in the shadows had started a fight against the people causing The Glades to sink deeper into its own darkness. A vigilante in the eyes of the people one that was inspired by another vigilante given the name The Hood.
