Maddox Price has been implanted with a chip, allowing an ancient deity to control every thought that crosses his mind. Be it unwillingly, he's tasked with protecting someone "special," a smart-mouthed girl deemed the "healer of humanity."
Claire Adara was raised in an orphanage, left abandoned after her parents died in a fatal car accident. She'd learned to be sneaky, and that trust is a rare gift that must be earned. When she met Maddox, though, she was drawn to him. Well, not to his attitude, but rather the shimmering gold liquid that ran through his veins.
As if controlled solely by a deity and absent of any individual thought, Maddox and Claire must (against their natural instincts) work together to save the world from the natural catastrophe that is the Red Giant.
The sun has become 100 times bigger than it once was, and it's scorching the Earth. Claire is the only one who can reverse it. Though, the sun is only one problem on a long list of them. Anarchist group- Chaos- is after her life, simply for the omnipotent power that she possesses.
As humanity stands on its last two feet- her two feet- Claire works alongside Maddox in a journey to save both humanity and themselves.

It's been 1200 years since, then there was been a Power struggle between the undead factions and the mountain men of the south. a secret tribal United Front called the Tribe of the Un-ith-Ka the first attempt at uniting all tribes on the plain under one banner. attempts on the life of the king and his offspring has increased since the Mountain Men and the Undead army spread their Rule over all of Un-ith-Ka they are ransacking and pillaging all across the land. nobody knows where the plains of manna stream from. but over the last 100,000 years there has been some development in understanding magic, and they have incorporated it into everything, but only those with the sensitivity to Magic and the intelligence of logical more scientific way. they are called the Sci_magi they believe in a ordered Universe where the wielders of magic contribute to the entire civilization. science and magic mixed together as one. as the line between this plain Un-ith-Ka and the plains of Magic have grown thin and beings known as Demons have flooded through at some places where the veil between worlds has thinned out. the first demon's where powerful.

Just when you're about to throw in the towel, you wake up in a hospital room, and to your shock, your dad's right there with you, but nothing makes sense with the memories you keep. Before you can even process this bizarre reunion, you and your dad are victims of an attempted kidnapping, you being rescued by 4 mutant turtle brothers, who offer to help you find your father. As you get to know them better, you find yourself drawn into their world while trying to understand what's going on with your memories. Little do you know, there's more to your connection with these heroes than meets the eye. Eventual MC x Donatello relationship. A remake of Donatello and April's original relationship dynamic, but slow burned and unrushed, so they can build a true friendship before discovering that either of them have feelings for the other. --------------- I always felt like Donnie crushin' on April in the show was a bit off, especially 'cause she never felt the same way and it felt kind of forced. Chatted with my sis 'bout this ongoing plot in the series, and it hit me - the show could've been way cooler if April and Donatello had a tighter connection, giving 'em both the character development they deserved. Figured I had nothin' to lose, so this's what came outta that chat. Hope you dig it! First time putting words on paper, fingers crossed it ain't too shabby. The apocalypse has already started and finished, leaving some of the surviving ones with strange powers and mysterious scars. The world has ended, according to some, and is now in a state of rebirth. Others say it hasn't ended yet and that it's only going to get worse. The remaining people have grouped together in packs and gangs, raiding the desolate cities and avoiding the ones called the Destroyers, who capture and torture the remaining survivors. No one is safe. One fifteen year old boy knows this better than anyone. He and his older sister lived together, sticking to the dark alleys of their abandoned city, and survived for years after the apocalypse, until the Destroyers came and took her away, reigning terror on the few who remained in the city. The boy, desperate to find someone to help him save his sister, leaves the city and finds one of the youngest cooperative packs in North America, called the Raiders, comprised of unwanted individuals with the strange powers left from the destruction of years past. Their leader, a destructive insomniac, promises to help him in return for the skills and usefulness this young boy seems to possess, but something disrupting sends waves of unease through the Raiders, something about a forgotten past and talk of a mutiny. "Maybe there's more to life than just surviving." ... Rated C for Caution. Though it's rated mature, there is no bad language or vivid descriptions of sexual contact. It does have very strong themes.
