Sakura House Vol. 1

10 parts Complete Mature

After the girl he likes says she no longer cares about him, and many other reasons, 24 year old Simon Cross falls into a great deal of depression, wishing he had the means to go to another country to leave everything behind and start a new life, he is suddenly visited by a strange old man who will give him what he wishes for with no negative repercussions. The old man somehow gives him the power to call upon any money he will ever need when needed, the ability to speak, read, write, and understand any language, and lastly, raises his luck to basically be the luckiest man alive, but his luck is unpredictable. (Cant be too lucky.) Taking the opportunity, Simon decides to move to Japan. On his first day there he decides to find a cheap apartment, but due to his good luck, he helps just the right person and becomes a resident of a coed boarding house known as the Sakura House, but here's the thing: He is the only male resident! With seven girls living there, how will Simon withstand the pressures of trying not to seem like a pervert, and will he find new love in his new life? Now this is a work of fiction, I've never actually been to Japan, so I'm basically gonna make up my own town that Simon moves to in Japan. That way I can use whatever I want, and people wont possibly say stuff like, "You know nothing about Japan, these things aren't in that kinda area!" etc. etc.
