"Confessions of an Underdog" on pool-filosoofiline lugu noorest, omadega pahuksis Allisonist.
Kunagi suurte ootustega ja "vaata-ette-ma-tulen-ja-vallutan-maailma"-suhtumisega tüdrukust on trauma tagajärjel saanud kibestunud ja maailmas pettunud skisofreenikust neiu, kes enamuse ajast  haiglast-haiglasse sattudes oma melanhoolilistes mälestustes ja kujutelmades elab.
Nii see tõsine haigus kui ka üleelatud raskused on tema maailmavaadet ning õleüldist suhtumist vaat et kogu  inimrassi kõvasti muutnud. Lisaks suudab suudab näha asju, mida paljud ei suuda - vahetevahel eksisteerivad need päriselt, vahel mitte.
