Picking up nearly five years after the events of Curse of Chucky, Nica Pierce is still confined into Lockton Mental Institution and still coping with the loss of her family. Andy Barclay, now married to Kristin De Silva, his adopted Alice Pierce, which he adopted once Nica was sent in the mental institution and still trying to prove her innocence. Meanwhile, Chucky is back and is starting a new killing spree with more blood than ever. Andy, Kristin, along with old friend Kyle, his mother Karen, former detective Mike Norris, and other survivors including Tyler, divorced couple Jade and Jesse all team up to stop Chucky once and for all. Who will live? Who will die? Maybe all the mayhem, chaos, and bloodshed will end once and for all.
