It's the mating season of the Dragon Slayers. They're all looking for their mates. Everyone is finding their mate on their first day. Everyone but Natsu. He hesitates and worries because he can't find her yet. Lisanna is convinced that she's Natsu's mate and sets out to seduce him. Natsu, on the other hand, refuses her. Natsu knows she isn't his mate or he would have mated with her already. Lucy was warned of this but doubted that she wasn't his mate. But right after Lucy comes back from a 3-day-long job. Natsu can't help feeling attracted to the blond...
I don't own the characters just the story. Hope you enjoy it and there will be mature scenes but nothing too intense! This will be a short story!
Please keep in mind I wrote this back in 2019 and my writing was not that good...

Understanding My Heart
I had originally posted this on my fanfiction.net account (Sabina of Fairy Tail) but I figured that I would post it here as well! Everyone in Fairy Tail can see it. Their favorite pink-haired dragonslayer is in love with their lovely celestial spirit mage. The only problem is they can't convince Lucy to accept the truth, and Natsu doesn't understand his own feelings. Can the guild help these two young and inexperienced mages to admit their true feelings? NaLu fanfic, other pairings hinted. **WARNING: This is a MATURE story! That means that it has sexual content, profanity, and mild violence!!!Complete
Innocent |Fairy Tail Fanfic| •StingLu
Lisanna came back from the dead after the Edolas incident, you know what happens from there. Blah blah blah, Lucy hates Fairy Tail now, stuff like that. And so Lucy joins a different guild and there she meets two dragon slayers. Finally, after months of being gone from Fairy Tail it's time for Lucy to reunite with Natsu and everyone else! But will seeing Natsu again change Lucy forever? **** This is a Sting x Lucy story! So if you don't like this ship then I recommended not reading this book! There will be NaLu in this story as well but keep in mind that it is still a StingLu book. © this book copyrighted so please don't copy the plotComplete
Dragon Slayer Mating season ~Lemon~
[completed] It's just another day at FairyTail, when Lucy enters the guild; a small smile across her lips, and her keys attached to her waist. The guild is being as rowdy as ever, the boys throwing chairs at each other as Erza tries to get them all to settle down. Except that Lucy can't seem to find Natsu. "Mira..." Lucy mumbles as she takes a seat at the bar, her eyes still searching for her partner. "Hm?" She asks, placing down the cup that she was cleaning. "Where's Natsu?" Mira's posture suddenly shifts, she leans over closer to Lucy, grabbing the edge of the counter. "Lucy..." She warns. "You have to stay away from Natsu. Just for a little while..." "Eh? Nani?" "Natsu isn't quite right for now. He'll be fine, but you have to stay at home for a few days." "Mira... What are you talking about?" She asks, confused. "I don't expect you to understand. You just have to trust me." "But it's his birthday this weekend... I made special plans to celebrate. Knowing Natsu, being sick won't stop him from hanging out and going to a buffet." She giggles. "He's too sick, Lucy. It's better for you both if you stay away from him for the time being. Just go home and rest, he'll be fine in a couple of days." Mira tells her, grabbing her arm and leading her to the door. "Eh? But Mira-" "Go Lucy." She pushes her out of the guild doors. "What has that Baka done now?" She mumbles, heading back home. As you and Natsu grow closer a few people get jealous. Mistakes are made, things are said, feelings are hurt and punches are thrown. Will your feelings for Natsu grow or will you run to another less hot headed wizard that cools you off?
