Diego Tucker thought his dreary life with his dreary parents in a dreary town in Northern Michigan couldn't get any more bland. With his unusual waves of gut-wrenching sickness and late night escapades through the thick forests around his home, countless sleepless nights led him to shamble through everyday life as nothing but a mere husk of a boy. His constant frustration and exhaustion continues to build up until one tense night when a horrifying encounter with a predator results in him being stalked day and night by this bloodthirsty monster. The creature's vice like grip on Diego keeps him in a constant state of terror, where the only thing he has to worry about is keeping himself alive.

"There's something out there...and it's older than anything you guy's have ever faced. Something ancient, horrifying, and it's hungry for the flesh of man." The symbol on the book was unnatural, it was the Antlers of a Deer, but much more twisted, monstrous, and ornamental. "Every night. It goes out of it's home to hunt anything it can catch. But it loves the taste of human flesh. They've exist for as a long as the early human's that lived in America. This thing's are called..." "...The Wendigo..."
