Every criminal organization in the Pokemon world has gotten greedy and tried making the world their own. Malice, though, has survived for years by staying underground and keeping the balance steady, all while lining their pockets and gaining influence across the world.

When the International Police get an urgent message from one of their informants mentioning Malice, they send six of their most capable and trustworthy agents in to get to the bottom of things once and for all. In the end, however, they will find that the rabbit hole goes deep-far deeper than anyone has ever known, so far in fact that they might lose themselves in a whole new world.
