Daemati are feared and coveted throughout Prythian. Seren Marzena is one of the few among their ranks. When her power is revealed to Beron Vanserra, High Lord of the Autumn Court, he is quick to take advantage of her. Beron no longer trusts his eldest son, Eris, believing him to be allied with the Night Court. Beyond that, Beron seeks several dangerous artifacts that are protected by members of the Night Court. He seeks the Dread Trove and the swords created by Nesta Archeron. It is up to Seren to infiltrate the Night Court and learn all that Beron wishes to know. Her task will be harder than it seems. The members of the Night Court are not what she expected and a certain Shadowsinger is always close at hand. Disclaimer: I do not own the ACOTAR series or the characters and places therein. I take credit only for this story and my original characters. This story takes place after A Court of Silver Flames. ALSO: If you haven't read the ACOSF bonus chapter featuring Azriel, I recommend doing so before starting this story. Warning: This book, while being a work of fiction, still deals with real elements. There will be chapters dealing with abuse, depression, gore, PTSD, and other topics which some might find triggering. I will not go into overly explicit detail with these topics.
