A young teenage girl but the name of Amelia Sky, who is a sailor princess of her homeworld, Skyline Stars, she was the only heir to her mother's throne before she died and was left with a choice to leave her home, heading to earth where she can meet her sister Serena but what Usagi doesn't know that she is a Princess of her own people, The Starlight Sailors come back and meeting the new sister which the three of them instantly recognize who was this sister of Serena.

Amelia finds out that she is bound to 11 sailor scouts, who are bound to her, she has now been worried for so long with the immunity of love and happiness, so she now is scared of dealing with it. Alone. Lost, in a world that she has now to remind herself along with the help of Usagi helping her.

But. then Usagi finds out that her young sister has 11 soulmates and that is going to he 9ne hell of a ride.
