"Are you a demon?" I question and she scoffs, screwing up her nose, "Of course not, I detest those vermin."

She shakes her head and looks me in the eye, "The exact opposite, in fact. I'm much older than demons. And in regards as to why I have your face? Well, that would be because you let me."

"What are you talking about?" I demand, growing frustrated.

She sighs and takes a few steps towards me, to which I take a few back from her. She takes them in and stops, "Avery, you know who I am. You forgot for awhile, but you've begun to remember me."

I look at her for a long moment, before it comes over me. My eyes widen and my mouth falls open, "Aleia."

Avery was killed by Metatron, along with Dean. But two very different forces brought them back. Dean is overpowered by the Mark of Cain, and Avery has secrets of her own. But they will soon be revealed when an old face reappears, stirring up old and painful memories.
