The people in Panem has been living in peace for 50 years since the second rebellion. All of a sudden, Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark mysteriously dies of 'old age'. Paylor gets assassinated by a certain Crimson Moon, who rises up to be the President of Panem and revive the Hunger Games!

It has been 46 years since President Crimson took over Panem, and it is the 123rd Hunger Games soon. Everyone thinks it is going to be the same. What could happen, anyway? 

With Loulle Rozen as a tribute, who knows?
