This is a Supernatural, Dean Winchester fanfiction. I do not own Supernatural or any of the characters in this story accept my OC.
1995, John Winchester and his two sons are in Arizona on a hunting job. But it isn't what it seems, John Winchester and his sons Dean and Sam are hunting down a creature that has been making some of the people in the small town of Bitter Springs disappear. While in the area Dean and Sam have to attend the local high school, when a certain girl catches Dean's eye he thinks she is just another one of his flings. But when the job takes longer than expected, Dean slowly starts to fall for this girl. Will he tell her his darkest secret or leave without a word and break her heart?

Falling for a Hunter (Female Reader x Dean Winchester)
You grew up to be a hunter despite your fathers wishes for you. Your father, Bobby Singer, hated that you were in this line of work, and he always blamed himself for ridding you of a normal life. It's not like he didn't try to shield you from this life. For the majority of your childhood you weren't aloud to touch weapons or read up on anything supernatural - but his efforts went to waste whenever the Winchesters were over. Growing up an only child with just your father to keep you company could have been boring, but every once in a while one of your dad's old hunting buddies would drop his two sons off at your house. Those weeks and sometimes months when Sam and Dean Winchester lived with you were the best times of your life. The two brothers were your best friends. Dean was the first person to teach you how to shoot, hell he was the first on to teach you most things in this line of work. For a little while you saw them as your brothers, that is, until you and Dean had turned 16 years old. The two of you had celebrated your birthdays together when John (Dean and Sam's dad) dropped them off at your house for nearly six months. During that extended stay you had developed a sort of crush on Dean that you never saw coming. Unfortunately you never were able to explore the possibilities of that relationship as you rarely saw him after those short 6 months. Only every once in a while, then never again after your father had threatened John, cursing him to never show his face around the scrap yard again. He even cocked the shotgun and everything.
