So this is a Danny Phantom story. This is also a Danny Phantom crossover Justice League. Another thing, Danny is a child. Not a teenager. Danny has long since left Amity Park. Danny wasn't a Fenton. He wasn't their original child, in fact, he was their nephew. A nephew they lied to. They thought they were helping him, but all it did was cause him to resent them.
