One year has now passed since the truce between the vampires and the wolf shifters, in England, ended. Now a bloody war is raging again between them and the shifters appear to be winning. Their feud was rekindled when an ancient vampire tricked and abducted a young wolf shifter. For a year now the shifters have searched for the vampire who took her because before they can find her, they must find him.

Due to the continuing insolence from the vampire race and their refusal to help, the shifters now intend to eradicate them from existence, they intend to spread the war worldwide. The Alpha Adam Michaels has lost his patience. He wants to make all of them pay for what he did and he will not stop the attacks until he brings her back.

Even though their numbers are dwindling, even though they are beginning to lose the battle, they still will not give him up. The vampires will never help the shifters; they never have, past experiences between the two species has taught them not too. Besides he has made history, he has become a legend, he is now untouchable and not one vampire dares to cross him.

However the growing war is now forcing the vampires back into hiding; they are now forced to live again within the shadows in fear of their lives. The shifters are livid and they are becoming relentless, attacking any vampire on sight because they want to send him a message. 

He, the vampire named Winston knows of the situation back in England, he knows what is happening to the vampires there but he does not care. He now owns a werewolf who is a slave to his, every desire and his every whim and he has no intention of ever giving her back.
