Catching a glimpse of a legendary all-white reindeer is supposed to bring good luck. Not for Georgia Greene. As Georgia makes her way home for Christmas, a white reindeer dashes across the road in front of her, causing her to crash her car into a ditch. With her car stuck and a storm blowing in, Georgia is forced to hole up at a remote Christmas tree farm with the help of its kindly owner, Sue. Though Sue tells Georgia stories about how seeing the white reindeer is a lucky event, Georgia is skeptical. She doesn't feel very lucky. Not only is she stranded and snowed in, but she's also stuck in the presence of Sue's surly son, Felix Nissen. But despite her distaste for the holidays, Georgia has to admit there's something special about the Christmas tree farm--almost magical. Maybe the reindeer brought her more than luck... Maybe it brought her right where she needed to be. --- This was my winning NaNoWriMo project for 2021! I took it down to edit it after the holiday season, but now it's coming back with more chapters! They've known each other their entire lives. He always looked out for her, and she considered him her personal hero. Until one night, a case of mistaken identity and hidden feelings caused a fallout. They both moved away and haven't spoken since. But this year, they are both coming home for Christmas. Avoiding each other in a small town like Frost Crest isn't possible.
