When you win the event, you and your best friends get the surprise of your lives: Brendon Urie is in town, and he personally invites you four to go backstage in his Vegas concert. You and your bandmates quickly become friends with Brendon, even going so far as to showing up once more at his Anaheim concert, and fan theories arise... are you more than just friends?
No Sarah will be in this book. I love her and Brendon, though. :)
