In February of 1959, nine hikers from the Ural Polytechnic Institute went out into the wilderness of the Ural Mountains. None of them would come out alive. Despite the best efforts of investigators, nobody could figure out just what happened to them: they concluded that a "compelling, natural force" had driven the hikers to their death.

Needless to say, that didn't even come close to satisfying the public.

The year is now 1964, and another mountaineer from the Ural Polytechnic Institute is turning heads. Nika Orlova is a prodigy in mountaineering, scaling mountains that most can't. Many people are fascinated by her, including investigators and family members who can't let the investigation into the Dyatlov hikers go unsolved.

After more strange things are reported around the mountain where the hikers died and a chance meeting with the close friend of the hikers, Nika has decided that the time has come for her to investigate what happened to the hikers five years previously. She and others affected by the case head out for the Siberian wilderness to find out once and for all what killed the Dyatlov hikers. 

However, from the moment they get out there, it becomes apparent that there are unnatural forces at play in the mountains. And the longer they're out there, Nika can't help but wonder: are they about to face the same fate?All Rights Reserved

At the shores of Sakhalin, down the tired slopes and where the dawn is born, not one of them knows what they had just gone through and why. The question is, can they overcome this new challenge? I'm fixing all of it.** A shiver raced down my spine and the air thickened. The other end of the alleyway wasn't far, but it didn't seem to be coming closer no matter how fast I walked. Humoring my paranoia, I glanced over my shoulder just in time to catch a fist to the face. I dropped to my hands and knees and stared at the ground in a daze. My jaw throbbed with each beat of my heart, hammering the side of my face. Strong hands gripped me and dragged me backward. We made considerable progress toward the other end of the alleyway before my dazed mind caught up with reality. I was being kidnapped.

Ah, Mt. Washington.....the infamous mountain that surrounded Blackwood Pines. Years ago, two teenage girls went missing on that mountain, then the brother of those two followed exactly a year later...including some of his friends. Others have tried to search for them, including trained investigators, policemen, etc.... But....every time someone goes down there, they never return. Reporters haven't been able to get anything on any missing reports, escalating in giving up on the cases completely. Which means no one bothered to care about the most recent case that had been reported one year ago... The mountain went silent ever since, and no one ever dared to enter Blackwood Pines again.... well, that was how the story went until an idiot with a camera showed up out of thin air to film for his stupid spooky vlog channel.
