Please don't give hate . Okay, Chara is alive. She fell into the underground with Frisk. Unfortunately, they are both mute. Frisk, uses sign language to communicate with others. On the other hand, Chara try's her best to show they least amount of emotion possible. Frisk and Chara met at the top of mount ebott. So they barely know each other.
