The silence was deafening. A worried look and a hopeless smile, the first draft of a poem that faltered into peddles and created uncomfortable violence.
If he could get him to talk again maybe it would seem fine, comforting words, knowledge, why this time was different, why he changed so much.
It's all coated in a strange melancholy, love so pushed into the soul in forgets to be when his mind floats to unconscious relief.
