(this story takes place after the Ninjago Movie) Parker Garmadon is the younger brother of Lloyd. He is often overlooked by everyone else considering his brother is the green ninja. 

Parker has dreams of becoming a ninja with his brother, until one day it just might come true. A mysterious power comes over him and it may just maybe a little bit to strong.
