Apparently it was Barry's 1st wedding anniversary and so did Oliver's. both thought to have it together as earlier Thier wedding didn't turn well but to be more safer it took place on Kara's earth.
Kara was always supportive towards her two evil fighting brothers.
With Mon-el being with Kara it was more an ordinary thing for her; with both trying to rob some romantic time together.
