RK's and Saviors are at peace from the events of the KillGames, and now all the communities work together as one, even there are slight tension between the Eleven Towns and Sanctuary. It's all working well, with Mal and her friends requiring movements with heavy hearts.

But the Ruins is far more dangerous than anyone can imagine. The Infected seem to be mutating in terrifying ways that could change Mal, the RK's, Saviors, and everyone know about surviving among the walking dead.
