(hi this is based on an au created where grian is from the aether and has wings. grian knew where the aether was, but mumbo didnt know that grian was from the aether. once mumbo found out that grian was from the aether (from info from someone else), he got really mad and betrayed grian to the corporations of the world so they could ransack the aether. grian is captured but mumbo realizes what he has done and helps indirectly for grian to escape. he had never seen grian in his proper form until now.)Todos los derechos reservados

Being re-written in another book. The original will stay intact here. Soulmates gain a change of their features that match, allowing them to find each other much easier. However Grian isn't sold on the whole "soulmate" idea so he plans to hide his newly found heterochromia from everyone and just try to fly under the radar. One day he thinks he meets his soulmate. One issue though, he wasn't gay, was he? As Grian comes to terms with his sexuality, Mumbo has to face the reality of his gender identity. Both sides struggling to really communicate.

Grian is teenager born with strangely coloured wings. Most are a light brown, or white, or maybe blond, but his are bright purple. After being teased for it all his life, he's decided that people he meets in real life just suck. So, getting invited to a Discord server with more social rejects like him seems like a great escape from his reality. Or at least, they end up okay. Tommy discovers this as one day, running from Dream and his exile, he falls through the snow and wakes up in an odd world, one with lots of people! Even more people than the DreamSMP, but not quite as many as SMP Earth, which he hardly remembers. Now, in this new world, far friendlier than his old, he must help his newest friends find the friend that disappeared from their world. Meanwhile, Grian wasn't sure where he was or who any of these people were until he bumps into Phil. When he found out a man called Dream had hurt his old friend's kid, he wasn't very happy to say the least. He was particularly angry at how the kid was dragged into their stupid wars, and didn't hesitate to tell the man who wore a plain mask off, much to the surprise of everyone there. It's not every day you see a 5'6 man in an oversized red sweater screaming his head off at one of the most dangerous men in the server. He has to learn how to juggle his sudden nightmares, the insanity of his new world, and the issue of getting home all at once, and he must admit, it was very stressful. Will they be able to get home, or will they be stuck swapped forever? They both had people, friends, family counting on them to come home. Counting on them to return to them. They couldn't let them down. Aka Tommy gets therapy and Grian gives everyone else therapy.
