My name is Eliza Montgomery I'm sixteen years old.
I may be telling this story but it's not mine, I just play a role in it.
Eliza's days are filled with stress, liquor, hard work, and kids. It may seem horrific but this is her life. With her alcoholic mother Monique always out at clubs or sniffing lines with her new 'guy friends', Eliza takes the responsibility as the mother figure for her four other siblings. She loves her siblings they make up her world she'd put them before her everyday just so they could have better. Once she turns eighteen Eliza is taking her brothers and sisters far away from the life they live for a fresh start, but until then they have to make the best of it. With her plan exact to the very last detail Eliza needs nothing to get in her way that is until Connor Daniels takes an interest in her. Realizing this girl had grown up way before she had to Connor decides to help Eliza learn to enjoy life living everyday to the fullest, Eliza can't help but accept the way he makes her feel. In life we make certain choices but sometimes choices make us.
Follow Eliza and the Montgomery children as they learn the meaning of love, loss, and the true meaning of family.
