Hauwah Amna, known as Amna, grew up in northern Nigeria. Believing that loving her family meant sacrificing her dreams. Though her parents supported her, they still held onto the belief that a daughter should marry before becoming too independent.

Muhammad Faisal was known for his quiet nature, but beneath it was a man battling the scars of his past. He kept fighting, for his father, for the future his parents dreamed of, and for the girl who taught him that trying and failing is better than giving up.

Family meant everything to them- just not at the expense of their dreams. They thought their futures belonged to them...until a decade-old promise proved otherwise.
