Hay tantas decisiones que usted tiene que tomar cuando compra una casa. Desde la ubicación hasta el precio ademas del hecho que si la cocina es horriblemente anticuada podrían ser factores que rompen el trato. Usted se verá forzado a considerar muchos factores en su camino hacia la compra de una casa pero una de las más importantes seria: ¿en qué tipo de vivienda quisiera vivir? Si no está interesado en una casa unifamiliar independiente, es probable que se enfrente al debate entre condominios y casas adosadas. Hay bastantes similitudes entre los dos, y bastantes diferencias también. Decidir cuál es el mejor para usted es una cuestión de sopesar los pros y los contras de cada uno y equilibrar eso con el resto de las decisiones que ha tomado sobre su casa ideal.
