Not every love story has a happy ending. Some don't even start before there crushed.

Blue had been Champion for only a couple of minutes before Red blew him down. All hard work, gone. Everyone that looked up to him, left to look up to Red. The male even took away the love and gratitude of Blue's Grandfather, Oak.

What Red doesn't know is that Blue is cold to him because he doesn't want to be crushed again, but he was anyway. When Blue had realized feelings for Red the male had already left. Gone from his grasp just like everything else.

life isn't all that you think it is. Its depressing, Cold and cruel. Blue learns this the hard way. Once he finally grasps onto reality its just swept away from him.
