"Jeffery, Jeffery, oh, Jeffery, why do you have a human?" He skidded to a halt, as an unfamiliar voice rang in my ears. "More importantly, why was she in your little house?" His voice was muffled slightly, though I couldn't see them as Jeff blocked my view.

"Why does it matter, Tim?" Not once did his heartbeat increase, he remained as calm and moody as ever.

"Thought people were a waste of time, wasn't that why you got your own place?"

"That and sometimes Jane would try to kill me whilst I slept." He added with a shrug. "Now you're mad at me cause I have a slave, though isn't that what you proxies essentially are, Slaves that are deluded to the point where they think they're free?" I could practically hear his smirk before I got to my feet, stepping aside from Jeff a tad, mainly to see the reason for why we stopped.
