The forest that surrounds the grounds is full of dangerous demons that are held back by a weakening ward. Now add a little kid that makes her life impossible, and Clair has her work cut out for her. This is the story of what might have happened if Sang was on her own after college. The characters of the guys in both the Ghost Bird and the Scarab Beetle teams and Sang herself are the creations of CL Stone, as is the Academy. Other characters are my own, including some characters introduced in The Patient. Events that unfolded in The Patient are referenced and up through the time Sang goes to college will be roughly the same, although not identical. Although not every chapter will contain explicit imagery, at some point it's inevitable, thus the Mature rating.
