•	Getting "You are not subscribed to this list" error message: Check & confirm to make sure your "message-from" email address exact matches with that address you have subscribed to the list. You can do this by composing and sending an email to yourself. If both addresses are different, try subscribing only with the "message-from" address or subscribe both addresses to the list, and set one to "no-mail" by disabling message delivery.
•	Getting "The message's content type was not explicitly allowed" error message: Many email programs allow you to use formatting and styles (boldface, italics, color, graphics, etc.) in your email messages. For email programs that don't display styles and formatting, your messages will have strange formatting characters strewn throughout them, will be very hard to read, and will be much longer than plain-text messages. Don't use formatting styles in your message & remove any attachments and tell your email program to send in "plain text".
•	Getting "Not receiving messages from the subscribed list" error message: Look through your "junk" folder to see if that list messages are there or not. If they are, add the list address (listname@lists.mail.com, or whatever shows up in the "message-from" field) to your "allowed" list.
•	Getting "Your messages are not reaching the subscribed list" error message: One possibility is that your message included an attachment or HTML formatting that is not allowed on the list. Another possibility is that your message is being held by an email spam filter. It's possible your subscribed address doesn't match the sender information in your message header, and your message is being discarded as spam. This might happen if you use one Internet Service Provider (ISP) to connect to the Internet, and another to send mail.
•	Getting "That address does not exist" error message" error message: Check to make sure you've spelled the name of the subscribed list correctly.
