At the age of 15, Rosella and Nicholas have been best friends ever since they were babies. Rosella is a nerd while Nicholas is a talented singer and one of those "hotties". When they discovered an audition held for Star Entertainment, she persuaded him into doing it. After a year of touring, Nicholas, or as Rosella likes to call him, Nickie, comes back to Boston for a visit. Now that he's the biggest star in Hollywood and is back in Rosella's life, she never expected their feelings to change.
