Law #583: The IQ law
1. Due to the massive decrease of birth as the year increses, everyone will get a list of possible companions based on their IQ and compatibility once they reach an IQ of 100(companions of all ages included). They can chose to pick up the list anytime, but it must be taken latest at the age of 18.
All possible companions will change by the year, according to your IQ, it's just up to you if you want to change them after you chose a companion.
2.If you have an IQ of over 200, you will have a choice to have the perfect companion. These people are considered perfect, no flaw at all.
Rishima was just a baby when she heard about this law.
