Harry and Ginny are married, through their happiness Ginny falls pregnant and has to go to St.Mungos. There she finds her 'mid-wife' is non-other than the Famous Draco Malfoy.
Ginny invites Hermione to a local cafè for the 'girl time' and ginny accidently spills that she is pregnant but leaves out who her Mid-wife is.
Ginny decides that Hermione still obviously has a crush on Malfoy and asks if she can come to a appointment with her.
