In an instant, everything can change. Life and Death take on new meaning in a small town, especially a close-knit one. Communities across North America and around the world owe their safety to people who drop everything to come to the rescue. These volunteers receive no paycheque, ask for no recognition, and devote most of their lives to risking it all for other people. This is the story of tragedy and redemption experienced by one such community as seen through the eyes of a volunteer firefighter who struggles to cope with a community tragedy that is also very personal. I appreciate each and every piece of feedback that I get and look forward to receiving constructive criticism.
