Just because the war has been declared over for vampires and werewolves does not mean that everyone is going to be happy about it. When you add in love and battles that have been fought for hundreds of years what could the outcome be? How can anyone be happy when death looms close and your happiness could destroy everyone you care about and the people you are meant to protect.
