A young boy named Derrick is not into football, basketball, or soccer like the other young boys at his age. Instead, he's into shooting. A lot of people think this is weird because of his age, but he doesn't let that get to him. After his mother passes, they move to Georgia, where Derrick finds the perfect girl (named Lindsey), which he eventually falls for. But then, the world starts to fall apart due to a war. This drags Derrick, Lindsey, and her little sister, Emma, to have to hide with each other to survive. They have to go through a lot of obstacles, however. Will they survive? That's for you to find out.

It's a world where some teenagers who aren't even two decades old somehow mystically defeat the descendants of legendary heroes, ancient demons, powerful dragons, etc. Why does this happen?
