Cassandra Evans did not have a good life growing up. She's had to deal with abuse, cheating, lying, heartbreak, and more. After her father died when she was only 6 years old her mother became a totally different person. She drank all the time and would abuse Cassandra in all sorts of ways. Not only did she have to deal with abuse in her home life but also her love life as well. She had gotten tattoos to cover up her scars that she had gotten from her mother and her now ex-boyfriend. At 25 years old she thought that nothing was going to get better. LIttle did she know that one encounter would change her whole life.

Alexander Rose was a feared gang leader who should have already found his queen by now but he didn't find any of the girls who through themselves at him worthy of being called his queen. His life growing up wasn't all that bad. He had a loving mother and a very strict father who always made sure he had everything he needed in life. One fatal day changed his life. His dad had died when he was 18 leaving him o be a leader of a gang he knew nothing about.
