Dragon shifters are a unique breed. There are four major clans of dragons. The Fire, Earth, Water, Air. Each Clan has power in their own right. Decades ago when war waged and each clan was enemy to his neighbour, and millions died. There came a voice, a voice of purity, that proposed the mandate of treaty. The treaty will foretell years of peace where children can laugh and play as they wish. Where enemies can be friends that do not stab you in the back .
