"Maybe it would have gone differently, maybe my entire day would have turned out normally uneventful if I had walked past. Maybe if I had taken a different turn, a different step, checked my phone. But it probably wouldn't have made it any different." "Being that I'm still holding the note." Max Klink. A fairly normal young man who plays vigorous D&D matches with his friends, tries ( and fails ) at doing his best, and is fairly indifferent when it comes to the prospect of graduation. He knows he is just another pawn in a really fucked up game of chess that lost most its peices, not as important as the king or knight. But what he didnt expect, was that he was about to meet the perspective of someone who wasn't quite on the gameboard. [I know this is a big ol yikes bro]

You met Mark in LA. You'd just gotten your bachelors degree and wanted a fresh start, away from a past you really hoped would stay there. But when Mark starts acting a bit weird, you realize he isn't alone in his head. And his other side is... Dark, to say the least. This story IS complete! But I'm going back through and editing it. Hope you guys enjoy!
