We ruin life underwater because of this, and this will come back to stab us one day, most likely when the aliens have taken over our beloved planet. But do we really care for the Earth in the same way it "cares" for us? It was located about 640 light-years (200 parsecs) from Earth in the constellation of Cygnus discovered by NASA's Kepler Space Telescope in December 2011 and was the first known transiting planet to orbit within the habitable zone of a Sun-like star, where liquid water could exist on the planet's surface. Kepler-22 was too dim to be seen with the naked eye but was traceable enough to be a future homebase for our species but as to be careful we didn't leave fully. Humanity sent out one of its finest ships to go out into space and scout out the planet to make sure that it was habitable and not a complete waste of time. But unfortunately, and mysteriously The Ship would never return, instead plunging into the planet mysteriously for an unknown reason.

The humanoid animals, or Anthros for short, started getting smarter, faster than the scientists expected, or reacted. The Anthros broke free and took what was left of the 'White Mist,' the substance that created them, and put it into the planet's air supply. Long story short, most animals worldwide have begun transforming into Anthros, and started devastating the world's militaries before attacking cities. Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship.
