It feels like I've lived my life up until now in a monochrome. And I didn't mind.
Until I realized that maybe there's more to the world than blacks and grays and fathers that don't know how to be parents and kids who don't understand who you are. So I'm starting new, and I'm looking for colors.
And I get the feeling that maybe, just maybe, I can share the colors I find with someone else so that their world can be just as vivid and bright as mine is sure to be.

Everything's different now, after the Giant War. So even after arriving home Percy can't tell anyone the truth; not his mom, not his new, rather odd, neighbor, not the friends that he's afraid to be close to. But the truth always hurts and somehow, the truth always shows. Maybe it's a good thing that his new neighbor, Peter Parker, is just a little too observant. Or maybe it isn't. Meanwhile the world is changing. New threats have risen and been defeated. But people are disappearing, people are dying. And even the people who are supposed to be heroes can't stop this. But that's sort of the point. Now though the darkness which Peter has always managed to keep at an arm's length is right outside his front door. Right inside it. Peter can't lose anyone else. Percy can't lose anyone else. Both are sure that if they do they're bound to lose themselves. Now though loss isn't and if but a when. Not a when but how much. Neither of them plan on getting out of this one. Both are sure that there must be someone at fault. But innocence and guilt mean nothing in this blame game, because with all this hurt, with all this death, with all this pain, isn't everyone somehow to blame? And maybe they aren't so different, Peter and Percy. Maybe they can find a way to work together, fight together, stop this together. Maybe together they can find a way to get out of this one, find a way to save even those who don't want to be saved. Or maybe they can't. I don't own any of the characters besides Alex, Michael, Killian, Lilly, Summer, Brooklyn, Wyatt, Theo, Luca, Alexia, and Nora. I own the personalities for the primordials and Bianca Di Angelo. Somewhat on the second one. I changed her a lot from how the canon books show her. Same with Lee. I've glorified their parts in this book. Would not recommend to the innocent children of the gods (I know you all are demigods. You wouldn't be reading this otherwise). Lots of references to sex later in the book. There are some non-straight relationships as well. Just warning you all, but I trust you not to read if you are uncomfortable. My Soulmate (HoO/PJO AU)
When you turn 14, you get a tattoo that describes your soulmate. As you spend more time with them, it gets more detailed. But when you kiss your soulmate for the first time, you tattoo glows and shows their name. But this only happens when it is love and love only. (So if you just kiss someone to kiss them then your tattoo won't glow) As for your soulmate dying, your tattoo turns black and shows a small picture of them with their name under. After three days it goes away and you never get another tattoo. Disclaimer: I do not own the PJO or HoO characters. I wish I did though, but sadly that title belongs to Uncle Rick. I also do not own any songs, bands, brands, etc. Also I suck at descriptions. And my writing starts off kinda bad and super short but trust me, it gets better, so yeah.
