[This is my first book ever. Please beware that it is not edited] I wish I could tell you my life was all good and gravy but that would be a lie. Life is a game that we all have to play. A tale of love not told in the light, but a tale told in the shadows. Of broken chains and bleeding hearts learning how to beat again. Once a slave, always a slave. It didn't matter how much you'd like to deny the fact; it wasn't possible. One couldn't outrun fate and time itself. No one was born free. So why did everyone seek freedom, despite knowing it was unobtainable? The reason was simple: because it hurt to live being chained. Building trust with a person who has known hell itself all their life wasn't bound to be easy or pretty. Hidden beneath the layers can hide the cruelest things. A past a person would want to forever bury. He wore a mask to survive. But what happens when someone sees through it? 'He was supposed to be a savior. Instead, he unearthed every buried scar that I swore no one would ever see.' For a moment he hated having his scars being unveiled. But after a while, he noticed that wasn't the case. ------------ This story explores themes of trauma, emotional healing, and much more sensitive themes. Reader discretion is advised. Once upon a time there was this nice and sweet and cute and innocent and... Ahh who are we talking about? That girl is defiantly not me nor will she ever be. I have poise and sneakiness of a cobra. I have killed people, murdered cold blood. But not exactly for fun though. Though, the last memory of the gang I was in was being ripped apart starting from my face. They didn't get far though before I stopped them. After that I am now alone and called the girl with the scars. Not literally. People are too scared to tell me in person. That's how scared much they are scared of me. But I like that they are. But this one guy changes me all around and I end up opening up to him only to get stabbed in the back by him. This story really is my life and this is the first time I am actually telling the whole story about how I came the monster I am, and how the monsters I met on the way have shaped me into it.
