Draco James Vladamir is a serial killer who only kills those who do wrong. He is emotionally disturbed, and sociopathic. The reason he kills these people is because of his horrible childhood. He was held captive from ages 6 to 18 and was forced to do absolutely horrible things for his kidnappers. So he seeks his vengeance/revenge by going around and killing all the rapists, child molesters, burglars, murderers, etc. He basically has no emotion whatsoever. He's a hollow shell of a man. Pretty much a killing machine. Because that's all he knows how to do anymore.
