What if Izuku was born which was very powerful however he could never use it to help himself. In this fanfic deku's quirk gives him the ability to upgrade other peoples quirks to not only give them a power boost but to unlock secrets to their quirks to allow anyone to go 'plus ultra'.

The spectacular Deku
Izuku was born quirk less but when he gets bitten by a genetically engineered spider that gave him abilities. He trys to use this power for good after his loved one was murdered in cold blood.
